Welcome to our website. With an ever-increasing number of speed cameras and police forces seemingly cracking down harder then ever on the motorist, an increasing number of people are finding themselves facing court proceedings.
A number of more serious offences can lead to disqualification from driving. Indeed, even relatively minor offences can lead to disqualification if they are repeated or if the person in question already has penalty points endorsed on their driving record.
Our aim is simple. We seek to provide a top class service to people seeking legal advice and/or representation at court. Further, we aim to make that legal representation affordable through a clear policy of fixed fees which ensure that you will always be aware of what your legal costs will be. If the duration of the proceedings allow, we are also happy for our fees to be paid by monthly payments.
The website itself is run under the umbrella of Hilliers HRW Solicitors LLP who have offices in Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire. We have staff who have considerable experience in representing people on motoring matters from parking ticket disputes to cases of causing death by dangerous driving.
In relation to the services that we offer, we are happy to provide written legal advice by letter or by email on any motoring matter. If you are facing proceedings before a court, we are able to offer either a letter or mitigation which can be read out in court to assist you defence, or representation in person.
In any case, we will take your instructions and assess the case against you. If you have a defence available or indeed, if you wish to put the prosecution to prove the proceedings against you, then we will advise a plea of not guilty. We will then pursue a robust defence on your behalf and, if you are successful, will seek to recover your legal costs for you. If however, you wish to plead guilty then we will advise you on the likely sentence you can expect to receive and how we can mitigate this sentence so that you achieve the best possible outcome.
