LEGAL FEES AND TERMS
TERMS OF BUSINESS
1. An email received from yourself will form the basis of a request for information. It will only form the basis of a contract when we have emailed you to confirm receipt and that we are happy and able to represent you.
2. If you are to be represented at court then legal fees must be paid in advance of the hearing unless we have agreed something to the contrary with yourself.
3. Any disbursements such as expert’s reports must be paid for in advance of us instructing the expert on your behalf.
4. If you fail to attend court for any reason then we reserve the right to charge for our services. If the case is adjourned for any reason then we reserve the right to charge an additional sum to cover these costs. You will be notified in writing of this.
5. In order to provide a costs effective service we reserve the right to instruct local solicitors agents or barristers to conduct hearing on our behalf.
